1. Shipping Areas
At Holfur, we ship to all regions of Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) as well as to major countries within the European Union.

2. Processing Times
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days from payment confirmation.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Mainland Spain: 3 to 5 business days
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: 5 to 8 business days
European Union: 6 to 11 business days

Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond Holfur’s control, such as strikes, weather conditions, or peak demand periods.

4. Shipping Costs
Mainland Spain: Free shipping on orders over €50
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: Shipping cost calculated at checkout
European Union: Shipping cost based on destination, weight, and volume of the order

5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

6. Carriers Used
We work with reliable carriers such as Correos, SEUR, MRW, and DHL, among others.

7. Delivery Issues
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or with any error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing info@holfur.es. Be sure to include photos of the package and its contents.

8. Delays or Incidents
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact our team so we can help track it and resolve the issue.
